Yes, it is time to think outside the box, while you are publicly making noise, getting the attention of the World Leaders on what is going on, but behind the scenes in secret, it must be done in secret, that smuggling ratlines can be setup and get into Artsakh food, milk, vegetables, medicines, sweets, fresh clothing, everything. You want to break that blockade, break it in a way that would embarrass the Azerbaijanis and their Murderous Dictator Family.
